The Virginia & Black Cavendish provide a cool and light smoke. Fruity & floral tones can be found throughout this blend. Most people go for the flake over the Ready Rubbed mixture due to its slightly richer and stronger properties. If you have never smoked Erinmore before and your a big fan of Aromatics then Erinmore is a must.
