This blend of dark Virginia & Kentucky produces a powerful rich smoke with a subtle sweet undertones. The flake will generally produce a slightly stronger more flavoursome smoke compared to the ready rubbed. Out of the "Supermarket" brands, St Bruno has a big following. many of our smokers use this as a base for blending some interesting mixtures such as St Bruno & Gold Block or St Bruno & Alsbo Cherry.
