For the past 2 years we have been producing a range of tobaccos in our Nottingham Shop. These are all blended by hand from some of the worlds finest base tobacco. This pack contains 4 of our most popular blends, from sweet aromatics to rich & pungent perique blends

Deliverance
At present a small revolution is happening with Latakia in pipe tobaccos. Once it was used for English, Oriental & Balkan mixtures, its smoky & bold flavours are complimented with complex blends of tobaccos to produce a rich and big smoke. This is a million miles away from the sweet, sticky American aromatics that have been popular for the last couple of decades. At first thought the two shouldn't go, but they do and oh boy does it work.
After a few month of experimentation and refinement, "Deliverance" was born. Built on a heavy foundation of Vanilla Black Cavendish, Chocolate topped Virginias and a good sized helping of Latakia. The rich smoky flavours from the Latakia meld beautifully with the strong vanillas & subtle chocolate. The smoke is velvety smooth with a cool character, while the aroma is sure to please most.
Nottingham Blend
Our House Latakia Blend tobacco has been blended and tested with many of our regular pipe smoking customers, the result is an Balkan style tobacco, built up form African & Dark Virginia, Spicy Black Cavendish, Latakia, Kentucky & cigar leaf. The result is rich, spicy smoke with woody, leather undertones.
Bayou Blend
The base is made up from Kentucky Shag and a Dark Virginia & Kentucky lakeland flake, a good helping of Perique (16%) and a little Turkish to keep it burning well. The aroma is spectacular, dark fire cured leafs mixed with pungent Perique. The flake has been left part broken, part intact.
A strong mixture, only suggested for the Perique lovers out there. The high ratio 16% creates a powerful smoke, while the base really gives the mix some spine.
Yataghan
A new permanent stock line for both the shop and our website. This blend of Virginia's, Turkish & a touch of Kentucky. This English Blend with no Perique or Latakia went down a storm at the September Nottingham Pipe club, were it was used for the "2011 Slow Smoking Championships"
The tobacco has a complex array of flavours, but itsnt overly rich or powerful. Would make a great stepping stone tobacco from Aromatics blends, towards the traditional "English Blends"
DELIVERY
UK delivery
We use Royal Mail which normally arrives the next working day if you order before 2pm, although this is not guaranteed. To guarantee that your order does arrive by 1pm the next day please call the shop on 01159 110555 to arrange. Your order will be then sent out by Special Delivery. There will be a small extra additional charge for this service. The standard delivery cost is shown in the basket page and in the checkout.
Click and collect
You can click and collect from our Nottingham shop. Select click and colllect in the checkout to save the delivery cost, pay online prices (which can sometimes be lower) and check your items are available before heading into town.
Pre delivery check
We check all cigars before they are sent out. Loose cigars are packaged in a humi-pouch designed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Packets of cigars are opened to check that the cigars are in the correct condition, re-sealed then sent using a special padded envelope.

Delivery outside the UK
For all delivery destinations outside of the UK - although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country. These charges are usually levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.
