Festive Cigar Evening - Wednesday 6th December - Single
Our festive-themed cigar evening for 2023 will feature one of my favourite cigar brands My Father. Celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, the business was founded by Jose Pepin Garcia in Little Cuba in Miami. Over the years, the My Father brand has become the epitome of quality cigar production, with the company winning Cigar Aficionado's Cigar Of The Year twice (Flor De Antilla Robusto & My Father Le Bijou Torpedo).

Two of the above cigars we will smoke on the night, the third you can take home and enjoy at your leisure. Alongside the above we will running a couple of competitions - first we will be offering a prize to the most festively dressed person on the night. This prize, which will consist of some wonderful cigars made by Pepin Garcia, will be decided by myself (Eann) and Helen Groome of TOR Imports.
Secondly, we will be popping the name of each and every attendee into a magic (Santa) hat and one name will be picked at random to win a beautiful My Father 50 stick Humidor! To stand a chance of winning you need to be present at the event on the night.
We will be capping the numbers for this event so I would recommend booking early to avoid any disappointment.

In the event that you are a no-show at any of the events, your cigars will be kept safe for you to collect from the shop. If you wish them mailed out to you please call us on 01159 110555 to arrange. There will be a small extra charge for this.
If you wish to bring along any non-smoking, non-paying guests you are more than welcome, HOWEVER, it is very important that you check with us on the above number BEFORE ATTENDING. Sometimes space is at a premium and it may not always be possible to have extra people attending, but we will try to accommodate where possible.
If we need to cancel an event for whatever reason we will of course offer to move you on to the next available cigar evening or offer a full refund.
DELIVERY
UK delivery
We use Royal Mail which normally arrives the next working day if you order before 2pm, although this is not guaranteed. To guarantee that your order does arrive by 1pm the next day please call the shop on 01159 110555 to arrange. Your order will be then sent out by Special Delivery. There will be a small extra additional charge for this service. The standard delivery cost is shown in the basket page and in the checkout.
Click and collect
You can click and collect from our Nottingham shop. Select click and colllect in the checkout to save the delivery cost, pay online prices (which can sometimes be lower) and check your items are available before heading into town.
Pre delivery check
We check all cigars before they are sent out. Loose cigars are packaged in a humi-pouch designed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Packets of cigars are opened to check that the cigars are in the correct condition, re-sealed then sent using a special padded envelope.

Delivery outside the UK
For all delivery destinations outside of the UK - although your order is not subject to UK VAT it will be subject to the local taxes and duties of your country. These charges are usually levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.
