This LIMITED RELEASE VegaFina 1998 has been released, not only, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of VegaFina, but also as a precursor to the launch of the 1998 part of the range in the UK later this summer.

This is the third instalment in an unofficial series of small batch cigars released by La Flor Domincana; the first being La Nox and the second the Andalusian Bull. An oily San Andres wrapper covers an Ecuadorian Corojo binder and filler from the Dominican Republic. Featuring a knotted pigtail cap this cigar has notes of leather, coffee and pepper with spicy undertones and an open, even draw.

Awarded Best Brand of Nicaragua in 2018 by Cigar Journal, the Reserve 10th Anniversary Connecticut is blended using tobaccos that have been carefully hand-selected and aged for a minimum of six years. The Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper imparts sweet hints of cream and honey. The Cuban seed Nicaraguan binder and filler leaves offer a rich spiciness with oaky overtones. This blend offers elegant flavours with rich complex aromas and a silky smooth finish.

Rolled using lighter wrappers the Quai D'Orsay No.50's have a gorgeous lightly toasted flavour with a herbaceous and sugary sweet taste. These are very mild and creamy in style. Absolutely gorgeous!

Just in, the latest release from Oscar Valladares is also a European Exclusive! It’s called the Santiago Valladares, a name that Oscar Valladares selected as a way to honour his son and leave a legacy in his name. As with most of Valladares’ blends, Honduran-grown tobacco is prominently featured, used for the wrapper and filler, though varietals have not been disclosed. The binder, meanwhile, comes from Nicaragua. In a press release, the company said that it used “a selection of different tobaccos that Oscar have been waiting to be ready for this blend and that he haven’t use in other of his blends before.” The line is a regular production addition to the company’s portfolio and is produced at the company’s factory in Danlí, Honduras.
