Butz Choquin's master pipe craftsmen have been creating unique briar pipes since 1858.
Between the moment when the briar block arrives from the Mediterranean to when the pipe leaves the shop, many months and some 80 operations will have been carried out to transform the briar into a pipe of quality. Natural drying - sometimes for more than 12 months - outlining, drilling, polishing, finishing... each operation is carried out by a craftsman following a nearly 140 year old Butz Choquin tradition.
Each creation is a single and original piece.
