For our November 24 event, we will be taking a journey to Central America and visiting one of the top cigar making countries in the world, Nicaragua. Nicaragua has been at the fore-front of New World cigar production since the late 1960's when the first major cigar manufacturer, Joy De Nicaragua set up a factory in Esteli, Nicaragua's cigar capital. Although their story has seen many up's and down's, they, along with more than 100 other companies continue to thrive.

We will be featuring one of Joya's latest releases, the Cinco de Cinco toro (rrp £29.10). This stunning cigar is rich and and moderately full flavoured and has quite a unique story behind it, which we will tell on the night. Our second featured cigar will be the Charatan 160th Anniversary (rrp £27.40), one of my favourite cigars of recent month's.

We will be joined by Helen Groome from TOR Imports, who offer an insight in to both cigars, there production and their history. The evening is priced at £40 per person and will be held at the Trent Navigation, Meadow Lane, Nottingham, starting at 7pm.

We do advise that you check our website a week or so before the event just to be safe.

If you wish to bring along any non-smoking, non-paying guests you are more than welcome, HOWEVER, it is very important that you check with us on the above number BEFORE ATTENDING. Sometimes space is at a premium and it may not always be possible to have extra people attending, but we will try to accommodate where possible.

If we need to cancel an event for whatever reason we will of course offer to move you on to the next available cigar evening or offer a full refund.
